Looking for HMO or similar

I am a 30 year old male professional who doesn't smoke on a permanent full time contract.

I am looking for a room in a HMO or similar inclusive of bills for a maximum price of £700 per month

I am tidy and would prefer a place that is well maintained, I work Mon-Fri days so will be seen mostly in evenings and weekends.

My free time is mostly spent learning French but I have a wide academic interest and also enjoy weightlifting.

I have no criminal record or CCJs and have been renting for more than 12 years

I am looking to move to a new place as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you and arranging a viewing.

Jay
