Clean Professional Looking to Buddy Up!

I’m a 31-year-old professional working in the cinema industry (which comes with the excellent perk of lots of free film premiere tickets!). I currently live by myself in Colliers Wood following a long-term breakup, but I'm ready for a fresh start. My budget is £1100 per month (excluding bills). I’ve noticed decent 2-double-bedroom places are averaging around £2200 p/m right now, so pooling our budgets could get us a really lovely place! I'd absolutely love somewhere with a balcony or a garden if we can find it. I do smoke cigarettes, but never indoors!!!

The biggest thing for me is that I have two cats (3 and 2 years old). They are incredibly clean, quiet, and barely shed any fur. They are my absolute world, so I take full responsibility for them, but one of them is a massive social butterfly and will definitely want to bribe you for cuddles every now and then! I do not expect anyone to feed them or clean out their litter box, and you're more than welcome to tell me that your room/certain areas are off limits to them.

I'm fully Maltese but have a Canadian accent, and have been living in London for 8 years now :) I am not fussed on where to move to, but I'd prefer not to go further south than Tooting. I work from home on Tuesday's and Friday's.

I like my quiet time in the evenings after dinner, but I'd love to have a new buddy to hit the pub with every now and then. I like to live a calm life at home, and I'm a big home cook. I really do not order a lot of take out as I prefer to dine-in, but love to splurge on one for payday! I'm respectful of other people's spaces, like to keep things tidy (especially the kitchen) and am laid-back and easy to get along with.
