Room/flatmate in Manchester? 🐝

I’m moving back to Manchester for a new job and looking for a flat share from late July/early August (flexible on dates).

I’m 29 (30 soon, which I’m not thrilled about) and work in genomics. Outside of work I’m into football and running. Up for pub trips and the odd night out but not looking for a party flat. Would love a flatmate who’s up for socialising and not just locked in their rooms, but also fine doing their own thing.

I’m tidy, non-smoker and work normal hours so won’t be clattering around the kitchen at 3am.

I’ll be working at St Mary’s in Rusholme most days. Ideally somewhere in the city centre, Ancoats or Deansgate would be great, but also open to Didsbury or Chorlton.
