Full time professional seeking double room

I'm a 28 year old junior doctor due to start working in Sheffield in August, and am seeking accommodation within walking/cycling distance of the Northern General hospital.

My ideal space would be shared with relaxed yet clean and tidy housemates, have adequate open space for yoga, near enough to a park and contain a parking space. An en-suite would be ideal, however not a necessity at all.

Personally I enjoy being social however feel I'd mostly be shattered after work so I'd use the space to sleep and eat! But am always up for a game of chess or playing some music together. It would be a bonus if my housemate enjoys physical training, as I'm always up for a workout :)
