Warm, mindful, & exceptionally tidy East Coast American girl seeking a clean & quiet home. I am full-time professionally employed within the Healthcare Charity sector (Human Resources). I am striving to shorten my commute to work, as well as begin a new residential adventure in London. Currently, renting long-term in North London's Winchmore Hill area.

Studying CIPD part-time to upskill my qualifications. I *quietly* WFH one/two days a week.

Often out or away during weekends as am a social individual.

Light social drinker - does love a glass of wine or cheeky pint at the local pub after a long day.

Excellent references as have privately rented two properties in the 9 years I have resided in London. No quirks to be concerned about.
