Hi,
I am a 28 year old teacher. I have been living in Guildford for the last three years and am looking for a room to rent in a house or flat from the start of July.
Any accomodation with parking would be ideal as I do have a car for travel to and from various sporting activities.
If you do get the pleasure(?) of living with me then you can expect a flatmate who plays a lot of sport and works a lot in the week but does enjoy a drink at the weekend.
