Looking for a double room asap

Hi, I’m Josh, I’m 25 and currently working full-time. I’m looking for a room to rent ASAP and am hoping to find a friendly, clean and comfortable home.

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful housemate who takes pride in keeping shared spaces nice. I’m easy-going and sociable, but I also really value people’s privacy and personal space. I enjoy going out, seeing friends, going to the gym and playing basketball, but I’m just as happy having a quiet evening at home watching TV, cooking or relaxing.

I’m looking for a home where I can settle in and get along well with the people I live with. I’m considerate with noise, cleanliness and shared areas, and I’m generally pretty relaxed and straightforward to live with.

Ideally looking for:

* A clean, friendly and respectful household
* A furnished room
* Good transport links
* A house/flat where people are happy to have a chat but also respect each other’s space
* Available ASAP
* Open to different household setups and locations depending on the property
