Tidy & sporty civil servant

Hi, I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatshare ideally in North London, from August or September.

Originally from up North, I spent around a decade living abroad, mostly in Hong Kong, before moving to London just in time for covid. I'm now happily becoming a policy wonk in Whitehall and hoping to find somewhere that feels like a proper home rather than just a room to sleep in.

Outside work, I’m usually fairly active and out of the house a lot. I play football, have got really into tennis, enjoy outdoor swimming, and like being near green space. I also love watching sport, so I can often be found at the Oval, Lord’s, Wimbledon, Wembley, or even the Olympic Aquatics Centre.

As a flatmate, I’m clean, tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I like a calm but sociable household and enjoy living with people who are up for the occasional drink, dinner, film, board game, or chat after work. I’m not looking for a party house, but I don’t want a totally anonymous one either.

I usually work in the office two or three days a week, with some working from home. I’m a morning person, so good natural light is always a plus. I have developed a bit of a love for coffee and cooking and having flatmates willing to try my latest attempt at sustenance are welcome.

Last but not least, I also love gardening and have several potted plants I’d ideally like to bring with me, space permitting.
