27/female looking for a room

Hi everyone 🌸✨

I’m looking for a furnished or part-furnished room to rent from the last week of June / 1st July onwards 🏡

My budget is around £650–700 including bills & parking. Ideally I’d love somewhere in Leeds City Centre or towards Armley/Bramley, but I’m definitely open to other areas with good bus/train links into town 💕

A little bit about me & of course some pictures so you can see me:

I’m a mechanical engineer working 9-5 and in the office most days. I’m friendly, clean, easygoing and pretty independent. After work I’m usually at volleyball, the gym, or out and about but I also love a cosy night in with snacks, binge watching, and lots of chatting 🍿🩵

My current lease ends at the beginning of July and unfortunately can’t be renewed due to my current housemate’s circumstances. I’m also in the process of buying a house (stressful girlie era 😭) so my rental timescales are a little uncertain at the moment.

Because of that, I think the ideal situation for me would be lodging with someone who’d enjoy a bit of extra income and a friendly bit of company around the house for a while 🥹 I’d ideally need some flexibility on move-out timing, but of course I’d give plenty of notice (around a month or more) and keep you updated throughout the house-buying process.
