Looking for a cool flatshare <3

I am a warm and bubbly 26yr old professional, working in a 9-5 (tech) and in the creative/entertainment industry.

Ideally looking for to buddy up on a 2 bedroom apartment in South East London (Kidbrooke, Lewisham, Woolwich, Greenwich etc) to move into with a female flatmate aged around 24-35yrs old, who is warm, relaxed and friendly.

Lots of clean, modern, natural light, and good transport links are important.

From me, I am extremely busy but love to have a relaxed vibe jn the house. I work a lot and generally chill in my room if i’m even home. I see the flat as a serene safe-space, a break from the hustle and bustle of London life. However I am very chatty and friendly so always happy to watch a nice show together, make some cocktails or have a chat on the balcony.

Lived with my current flatmate (we met on here!) for 3+ years and cultivated more of a homely/friendly vibe in the apartment, not just a “rent a room” vibe and hoping to continue the same.
