Friendly and creative, looking in North + East

Hi there, I'm Dan. I've lived in London for about 10 years, and am on the hunt for a fun, sociable, and peaceful houseshare for a long-term let. I have a busy career as a freelance musician (mostly classical music) and do a bit of admin/practice from home so am on the lookout for a larger size room where I can WFH occassionally (I always keep the noise down/use headphones when I'm working though!)

It's really important to me to be living with people who get along, communicate well, and ideally are up for hanging out now and again - film nights, dinners, bbqs etc. - or at least up for a chat. I've lived in some really great shares in the past, but also had to deal with a few really difficult housemates before, so I know how important the people and the atmosphere are to keeping it a nice place to live.

It's always nice to live with other people who have creative outlets or interests, but I also have a fairly regular schedule, so appreciate somewhere that's calm and tidy and not just partying every other weekend.
