Lewes area room to rent needed please! X
Currently searching for a nice new place in the Lewes area, maybe even on the edges of Brighton.
The house I have rented a room in for the last five years is being sold soon, so I am free to move immediately.
I am single, animal-loving, straight, 55, non-smoker, a bit geeky, and I make a reliable and considerate housemate/tenant/lodger.
I work in education administration, which I do from home for three days a week. I also work as a matchday steward at Brighton FC, and do some invigilation work at a local college.
I am looking for a room in a quietish shared flat/house, or a studio flat/annex if any are available. I don't need much space.
I am really after a longer term let, having just had a good five years in my current place, but please let me know if you have a shorter term place available as I need to move out pretty soon.
