Nurse seeking own accommodation w/ garden access

Hi There,
I’m a 34 year old, full time, healthcare professional seeking a single occupancy dwelling such as an annex, a studio flat or a 1 bed property within 20 minutes drive of Kingston Upon Thames. The property must have direct access to outdoor space (may consider via a window); and I need to be able to bring my two cats with me. They are 11 years old and tend to sleep most of the day now! I’ve had them since they were 6 weeks old, they are fully housetrained and have never caused any issues. This is my main priority in my rental search.

Depending on the property on offer I’m open to both furnished and unfurnished options. Im also open to discussion about the length of the let and dependant on the property would be open to both shorter lets and committing to longer term arrangements, therefore a fixed term sublet may work.

I work full time and can provide a reference from my workplace; I can also provide references from my current house share.
I’m quite a private person so would appreciate private access to the property but again this is negotiable.
