Looking for a friendly flatshare!

Hey!! I'm looking to move out in Leamington soon, and starting a new job too (I work freelance at the moment but looking to secure a full-time job).

I'll be keen to meet new people and I'm looking for a flatmate that I'll get on with, with similar interests and lifestyle, whilst of course respecting each other's space and time too. I'm clean and tidy and like to keep my space nice to be in.

I love activities like painting, Pilates, and walks in nature, but equally love going out for drinks etc! A mix of chilling and going out and about :)

Ideally a two-bed, two-bathroom but I'm open to shares of three people too. Not fussed on gender etc. as long as you're a kind human xxx
