PhD Researcher seeking large room or studio/annexe

I am a 33-year-old PhD Researcher in Criminology looking for a large double room in a small house share, or a self-contained studio/annexe in Winchester or the surrounding areas.

I am hoping to move in November, with a maximum budget of £750 pcm (including bills). Ideally, I would prefer to share a home with just two or three other young professionals, ideally between 25-40. I am also open to buddying up to find a new property together!

A bit about me: I am friendly, clean, and sociable. I value a peaceful, organised home, but I'm always up for a chat. In my spare time, I enjoy cozy evenings at the pub or a relaxed night in crafting and watching Netflix.

If you think your house sounds like a good fit - or if you'd like to look for a place together - I’d love to hear from you! Thank you 😊
