hay hay, hows it going?

I'm Joe - I'm looking to share a house/ flat from the start of July!
In September I'm cycling to Greece and plan to stay there for a couple months! - So currently looking for a sublet, but open minded if it's a good fit!

I'm a friendly, super easy going and sociable guy.
I'm really creative and I like a last minute adventure (AND MIDNIGHT SNAKCS).

I run my own design business - likely to be working in greenwich until mid august, but often WFH / in studio.
