I am a professional male aged 26 looking for a double room. Also in a 2 bedroom flat located in Cardiff Bay. Looking for flatmate to start a tenancy on 3rd of June 2024. My current flatmate will be moving out and the new tenancy needs to be signed off as soon as possible. Nice flat, with one of the best views in Cardiff. Rent is currently £500 (this might increase) but it would be best if you have a total budget of £800 - £850.
With the flat buddie, I am available to move in from June and have a budget of £500 to 850 in total including Bills.. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 23 and 30 years old. I work in insurance.
