Late-20s Musician Looking for a Single/Double Room

Hi there! I'm Josh, a friendly, diligent 29-year-old aspiring musician. I'm looking for a single/double room around the Wimbledon/New Malden/Kingston/Surbiton area for a 3-4 month tenancy from till this December. Alternatively I am also willing to consider properties in Tunbridge Wells/Tonbridge as well as the Brighton/Hove area.

Very empathic and thoughtful, I firmly believe in treating those around me with kindness as well as communicating with my housemates & landlords to understand what their needs are so I can strive to fulfil them alongside my own, and there is no language barrier as I speak English as a native language.

I rarely drink alcohol or caffeine for health reasons and don't smoke, vape or take psychedelics either. Apart from engaging in my musical and other intellectual pursuits I enjoy socializing and meeting new people, though I do like my quiet time alone as well. I only go clubbing occasionally, instead preferring pubs, events and hanging out with others as well as exploring new places.
