I am a professional female aged 31, looking for a double room, preferably in the North Tyneside area but also happy to live south of the river!

I’m flexible with move in dates and have a budget of around £600pcm with bills.

Ideally looking for somewhere with off street parking to park my car. Would be happy to provide lifts to a housemate!

I’ll be working from home a few days a week so somewhere that has enough space to set up a desk or an extra small room to turn into office space would be ideal.
