Professional looking for a double room zone 2 - 4

Hi everyone!

My name's Ewa and I'm looking for a double room in zones 2 - 4 in North, West or North/West London.

What I'm looking for:
- a furnished double room in a shared flat
- full time (7 days a week)
- a long term tenancy agreement (not a lodger agreement)
- rent up to £900 inclusive of bills or a lower rent + bills
- move in date from 1st July 2026
- need enough space for a desk, office chair and a bookshelf (all my own)
- please, no 'no guests' policy - I'm an adult and I'm hoping to live with adults who don't mind having a friend over :)

A few bits about me:
- I'm 34
- got a hybrid office hob (aesthetics industry), office near Bank
- I'm also a trained actor currently looking for experience in that industry, but that's on the side
- love and need cleanliness, so reliable on that front
- not a party person at all, but I can talk about films and TV series for hours
- I'm sociable, but need my 'alone time' - happy to make friends or just peacefully co-exist
