Professional Seeking Part-Time Room – £100 PCM

Hi,

I’m a working professional looking for an affordable room for occasional stays, usually 1–3 nights a week, depending on work commitments.

The days vary and could sometimes be Tuesday to Thursday, Thursday to Saturday, or Thursday to Sunday.

I’d mainly need the room for overnight stays, although I may occasionally stay until late morning or around midday, depending on my schedule.

I already have a permanent home elsewhere, so I’m not looking for a full-time rental.

I’m tidy, quiet and respectful, and would take good care of your space.

I’m open to Bexley, Dartford, Crayford, Greenhithe, Erith and surrounding areas. Parking would be a bonus.

My budget is around £100 per month, and I’d be happy to discuss a flexible arrangement that works for both of us.
