34 y/o looking for friendly houseshare

Hi, I'm Nati.

I'm moving to Swansea in August to start a new role with a children's charity and am looking for a room to rent. I'll be working Monday to Friday, 9–5, mostly out in the community.

What I'm looking for:

Ideally Sketty, Killay, Brynmill, or Uplands, although I'm open to other areas that are quiet and safe.
Somewhere I can park my car (on-street parking is fine).
An en suite would be lovely, but it's not a deal breaker.
Furnished or unfurnished room - I have my own double mattress.
Most importantly, I'm looking for a home rather than just a room. I'd love to live with someone (or people) who are kind, respectful, communicate openly, and enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal, while also appreciating personal space.

A bit about me:
I'm considerate, easygoing, and keep shared spaces clean and tidy. Alongside my work supporting children, I'm also a circus skills instructor and group exercise instructor.

Outside of work I love surfing, bodyboarding, Saturday morning parkruns followed by coffee, reading, spending time in nature, and having deep chats about psychology. I'm also a big fan of dogs and cats, although I don't have any of my own (I'll be very sad to leave Izzy, my current landlord's cat!).

I currently live in Bristol and am excited to be moving close to the Gower.
