I am a working professional, 32 yrs of age, male, looking for a single or double room.

I am available to move asap and have a budget of about £800pcm(negotiable). I would like to share with males or females.

I am currently working from home 2 days and then 3 days in office, and am respectful of the privacy of other people.

However, I do like to chill out in the evenings and just relax after work..

I'm an early riser and like my morning gym routine but am extremely careful as don't want to wake anyone up 😀
