I’m Sajad (you can call me Sam), a 33-year-old professional moving to York. I am looking for a single or double room in or around the city, with a budget of £475–£575 per month.
I work long hours, so I tend to be quite quiet and very respectful of everyone’s space during the week. In my free time, I love going to the gym, taking walks, and exploring new places. I also drive, so I am always up for a road trip!
I am very open-minded and happy to share a tidy home with housemates of any age or gender. I don't have pets myself, but I am completely fine if you have them.
