I’m Niamh, currently based in south east London looking for a new place for October.
My budget is £820 but I have been paying £735 this past year in a great space so the lower the better.
I work full time in Woolwich and always try to be a nice housemate to live with. I. e respectful/clean/friendly etc. my only specificity room wise was double and a reasonable amount of floor space (odd one but it’s simpler than a pool or en-suite etc) happy to chat if you have a room going or fancy buddying up!
