Looking for a three-month let in Zone 1

Hi,

My name is Alex. I'm looking for a three-month let until mid-November, ideally in Zone 1. During weekdays, I will be spending three days at a working studio and two days at home, so I'm looking for a house where this arrangement would be okay.

I'm a Korean in my late 30s. I studied in London and have extensive experience in house-sharing in various countries. I am considerate, tidy, calm and a non-smoker. I have always paid my rent on time.

Even though it is a short-term let, I hope to live with people who share similar values: tidy, honest, mutually respectful and who enjoy calm evenings.

My budget is £1300 per month, including bills and council tax. I originally based in Angel, so I would be more than thankful for any offers near that area.
