Looking for a double room in/near Exeter

I'm looking for a double room in or around Exeter for a budget with an upper limit of 650, including bills.

If the room has enough floor space to do yoga in, that would be great, but it's not a deal breaker if there is quiet space available elsewhere in the house. Parking nearby the property would be great too as I drive and have a car. Happy to consider buddy ups for places.

I am an easy going person who is clean, tidy, respectful of others, and I want to live somewhere peaceful with like minded people, in a place that feels homely, not a party house. I am sociable and really enjoy connecting with others. It would be great to get to know people I live with properly, but I also really value personal space and quiet time to recharge. Ability to communicate in a healthy way is also really important to me!
