Professional female seeks quiet room

I am a professional female aged 31 looking for a double room. I have one months notice on my current tenancy and have a budget of £650 - £800pcm, including bills.

I would ideally like the share with other women between 29 to 33 years old. Ideally would like to share with no more than 2 people. I travel to Central London for work a couple of days a week and WFH the rest of the time. So I require a space to work from and a decent WiFi connection.
I’m clean, tidy and willing to help keep the household organised (as long as we’re all onboard). Enjoy a drink or two but I’m not a party girls. I value my sleep, am respectful of people space and belongings. I don’t mind dogs or cats as long as they’re well behaved.
My hobbies include, reading/book club, painting and crafts, hiking, running and swimming.
