I am a full-time long hours working professional, very quiet and respectful person expecting the same from other flatmates.. I respect other people privacy, but can easily have a short nice chat sometime. Most of the time I am in my room or out of the house. I am expecting the place to be as much quiet as possible, strictly not party ever weekend or even every other day property and no random people coming in and out all the time. I clean after myself. Don't mind follow cleaning rota if other tenant follow it too. Looking for long term tenancy only.
