Room needed!

Hello,

My name is Lucy, I am Scottish and German and I was brought up in Anstruther, in the East Neuk of Fife.

For the last two years I have been living in South Korea, teaching English. I’m am now back in Scotland and looking to further my career as a primary school teacher, starting my PGDE course in August, at Strathclyde University. This will be a one year course, followed by a year’s probation.

Before my time in Korea, I had studied German and Russian at Glasgow University, so I know the city well and I am looking forward to living there again.

In Korea, I have been living on my own. I have felt comfortable with this, however I am now looking forward to sharing a space with flatmates again, having done this in Glasgow before I headed off to the East. I am comfortable with sharing space. I enjoy cooking and eating with others, having evenings in and out. Safe to say, I am uncomplicated and easygoing. Although a creature of habit I am happy to be spontaneous and “go with the flow”.

Aside from work and study, I like reading, going for walks, hanging out with friends, and traveling. I am sure it is clear that I enjoy learning languages and I am currently learning Korean. Soon, I intend to return to two hobbies that I enjoyed, namely, karate and playing the clarinet.
