I'm Alex, I'm 31 and looking for a new place.

I'm Alex, I'm 31 and have been in London a few years now, but from the North. Live in Brixton at the moment and work hybrid for pwc (2 days WFH).

Ideally looking for Balham/Tooting/Brixton/Clapham/ Stockwell ish area. Northern line for work basically.

I'm easy going and would enjoy a sociable share with similar people, but do also appreciate down time like anyone else. Happy going out or chilling at home, and have my own stuff going on as well. I play football in Balham a few times a week and have a great group of friends already I hang out with regularly doing the usual stuff around London, pubs, gigs, sports.

I'm clean and tidy, and pretty quiet when at home, so I think I'm easy to live with. Happy to chat or meet to see how things fit. I've lived with lads, mixed, and most recently just girls absolutely fine, so I'm happy to any mix.

I need to move out of my current flat by 6 September, so looking for something before then. But flexible on exactly when.
