Hi, I'm Matt!

I'm looking for a new place from September as my current house share in Wandsworth Common is coming to an end. I moved to London from Manchester eight months ago for work at St George's Hospital and now secured a perm contract so here to stay.

I'd love to stay in South West London as it's ideal for work and I've really settled into the area.

I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful, and enjoy living in a house where people actually say hello and have the occasional chat. I'm sociable without being overbearing, and previous house shares have turned into friendships.

Outside of work, I'm into theatre, walking, cooking, sport (mostly watching these days!) and exploring London. I'm always up for a pub visit, brunch or a walk, but I'm equally happy with a quiet evening and a peppermint tea. I also come with an endless supply of tea!

I'm ideally looking for a friendly house share with all bills included. Happy with mixed or single-gender houses, and pets are a bonus I used to have a dog and I'm usually everyone's volunteer pet sitter.
