Dear landlord/Agent,

I’m a clean, quiet, tidy and committed person, currently based in the north of England and planning to relocate to London to further my career. I’m looking for a one‑bedroom studio flat, ideally close to Central London with parking if possible. My monthly budget is £1,050, and I would be grateful if DSS is accepted.

A calm, well‑maintained space is important to me. I would appreciate the option of an online viewing prior to arrival, and I am prepared to sign the contract and move in upon arrival.
