Female-only room wanted – Manchester – £550–£600.

Hi, my name is Precious and I’m looking for a furnished room in a female-only household in Manchester, available around 20–24 September.
I’m looking for somewhere for at least 6 months, with the possibility of staying longer.
What I’m looking for:
Female-only household – this is a requirement
Budget of around £550–£600 pcm, preferably bills included
Large-sized bedroom with good storage
Adequate kitchen cupboard/storage space
Good fridge/freezer space for my own food
A clean, comfortable and respectful home
A relatively quiet household
No regular male visitors/overnight male guests
I cook regularly and have my own cooking equipment and food, so having reasonable kitchen storage is important to me.
I’m currently studying and actively looking for work. I can provide a reference from my current landlord and any other information required.
