I am a 26 year old professional looking for a spare room to rent in Tunbridge Wells, ideally moving in before the end of the year.
A bit about me, I have worked at Kent County Council for two years as a Senior Policy Manager, based at County Hall in Maidstone. I currently live in a professional house-share in Maidstone and am looking for a change of scenery.
I mostly work from home, so reliable broadband (if included in the rent) would be important to me. I am easy-going, sociable, clean and tidy, and I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly house with other professionals.
