Buddy up - Zone 1/2 - Sep 26

Hi there - I'm Kishan and I'm looking to buddy up for a nice modern/well-refurbished 2b2b in Central or Zone 2 with good connectivity to Liverpool Street

I'm a banker in the City and occasionally work long hours. I generally keep tidy and am non-fussy about most things, but would want the place to feel homely. Would love to have a housemate with whom I can chat & grab a coffee/pint occasionally, whilst also being respectful of individual schedules and personal space.

I'm trying to be active this year with cricket and tennis (would love for you to join if interested!), alongside going to the gym a bit more regularly on the weekends.

Ensuite ideally preferred (but open to discuss depending on home layout) with roomy storage and space for a workstation. Budget is flexible - wouldn't mind spending more for the right property. Also keen to get regular cleaners to the place.
