Hi there! Sophie here, a 35 year old ambivert.

I work in the homelessness sector as a specialist multiple disadvantage worker, Monday to Friday, working from home about twice a month, in the office the rest of the time. I’ve been in London nearly 16 years now, mostly living in East London, though I’ve been in my current house Southeast for the last 4. I am clean, tidy, don’t drink or smoke (but don’t ruin the fun of those who do and am happy to socialise with occasional but not heavy drinkers). I am also left wing and would like to share with likeminded individuals.

I am looking for a new place to move into that I could call a home. I’d like to share with professionals or mature/postgrad students, absolutely not in a party house. The place has to be a safe space for LGBTQIA+ people and POC.

I’m an avid runner and am usually training for a race, but I also love reading or crafting when time allows. I do have a busy social life too, so I spend a lot of time out and about, but would like to live with someone who enjoys the occasional cup of tea/dinner and a chit chat or just a chill in front of the tv.

My cat is called Nibbler, or Nibs. He is 6 years old, I’ve had him since he was a kitten. He is neutered and litter trained. Nibs is a social, friendly boy. He gets on very well with other cats, but is scared of large dogs, though will probably eventually get along with one that doesn’t chase him or a puppy he could play with.
