Professional looking for a double room

I’m a working professional and travel a lot for work, so I can be away fairly often. Sometimes I also have days off during the week, so my schedule can vary a bit. When I’m home I really enjoy a calm, relaxed environment and like the place to feel homely rather than just somewhere people pass through.

I’m easygoing and respectful to live with, and I’m quite particular about keeping the place clean and tidy. It’s important to me that shared areas stay clean and that we’re considerate of each other. I’d love to live with someone friendly and easygoing, ideally someone who’d be happy to chat, share a meal, or do something together occasionally when we’re both around, while still respecting each other’s space :)

I’m not looking for a party house; I really value a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

Overall I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy to live with, and it would be great to become friends as well as housemates 🙂
