Hi everyone.. I'm Tony and I am basically looking to rent a large double room. Somewhere where I can call it home and feel a certain warmth of friendship with the household. Nothing worse than renting from a money making machine like agencies and unfriendly landlords.

I am looking to rent a spacious room where I would have all my belongings in a tidy manner and be able to park my van in an actual drive or parking place. Not looking to fight for a space on a random street with neighbours.

I've rented for the past 4 years and have had pretty good experiences and the rooms were an average of 18 ft by 12ft.

I do understand that I am being particular and that room only rents have gone crazy so obviously it's gotta be realistic.
Nobody wants to spend £700 -800 for putting your life into one room with 4 walls.

Been married and did all that just to give you a heads up so I am not just some random single guy. I am very much into hygiene and cleanness and keeping everything clean.

I'm quite androgynous and love cooking, fitness, hiking, mtn biking and the great outdoors and helping out.
I can also dog sit and walk if you wanted to incorporate it into the rent which i've done before.

I am also entertaining the idea to buddy up or split the rent for a big house by the sea with the right people if it's affordable including the bills. etc.
