I’m Jess, I'm 29 years old and a Civil Servant. I’m looking for a double room in a 3-4 bed house in North West London.

I’m looking for friendly, sociable, tidy and easy going housemates, who have their own lives but also want to have house pub trips, dinners etc. I've only ever lived in South West London but thinking about buying north of the river next year to be a bit closer to my family, so I'm keen to explore new areas!

I work 2-3 days in the office (St James' Park) so looking for a room with a desk/space for a desk. Currently living in Clapham Junction and looking to move around September, but can be flexible (would need to give 2 months' notice to my current place).
