Wanted, High Peak/Cheshire, Derbyshire

I'm a professional, self-employed consultant and PhD student looking for ideally fairly self contained accommodation, could include caravan, lodge, shepherd's hut. En-suite would be great. But normal house share fine too!

I'm friendly, clean, quiet, work from home and cafes, travel a bit, don't cook much. I've flat shared very happily for the last 4 years, can provide a reference, moving because flatmate is giving up the tenancy.

I need good broadband because of my job. Hobbies are as listed. I have artwork that I'd like to be able to put up, and bookcases (I have my own Billies) as I've lots of books.
