30yo trans NHS worker looking for safe home

Hey I’m Madison, 30 year old trans woman

I’m looking for a room as my current landlord is selling the property I'm in, currently im staying with my friend.

I'm keen to move sooner rather than later but can be flexible on the exact dates for the right place.

LGBTQ+ friendly environment is an absolute must. Ideally, I’d love to live with other queer people, but it’s not a strict dealbreaker as long as the space is safe, peaceful and clean

I have a car that I rely on to get to work, so parking is essential. I’d prefer a space where parking is included, but if the rent/bills fall below my budget then I’m happy to consider paying separately for a spot, I would be keen to avoid it though.

I’m sociable, love trying new things, and enjoy meeting new people, but I definitely have a finite social battery and equally need time to decompress in my own space. I’m looking for housemates with a similar temperament and I’m not looking for a party palace as much as I wish I had the energy 🤣

I am an Emergency Medical Technician for the ambulance service. Because I work shift patterns, I will be sleeping through the day fairly frequently depending on my rota. On the flip side, it means I won't be around many evenings, giving you plenty of space to chill or have a partner/mates round.

I’m cool with partners/dates/friends visiting, but I don’t want to live with a couple full-time, I don’t have a partner myself but I am actively dating. I don’t tend to have guests very often myself and if I do I like to give a heads up.

The most I’d be willing to live with is 2 other people

I’m pretty relaxed and non-judgemental, don’t really mind what you get up to in your spare time or how you decompress.

I am a keen photographer outside of work and love creative stuff, I also help organise a queer meet up group in the city. Love events and music and always down for a gig or the cinema. I am also neurodivergent :)
