Hi! I’m a 26-year-old female professional looking for a one-bedroom/studio property for sole occupancy, available to move in from October.

A quiet, safe and friendly area
Conveniently located near public transport and local shops

No deposit / deposit-free option would be ideal
Flexible on location for the right property
A little about me: I’m a quiet, friendly and tidy professional. I work during the day, so my evenings are generally for relaxing and having a quiet night in. I enjoy solo travelling, Pilates and gym classes such as BodyPump. I’m respectful of the property and neighbours and would take great pride in keeping my home clean and well looked after.
