Hi, I’m Lukasz, 41, originally from Poland, and London has been my home for nearly 20 years. I work in eco interior design and home renovation, helping create warm, sustainable spaces.

1. What I’m looking for
A clean, peaceful double room, ideally with an en suite, in a well maintained home. Cleanliness is very important to me, especially in shared areas like the kitchen.
I’m looking for a calm environment rather than a busy or chaotic house.
I value privacy and independence, so I’m looking for a place where people respect each other’s routines and personal space.

2. About me
Calm, tidy and easy going. I don’t smoke or party. I take care of my space and contribute to keeping the home clean and comfortable.

3. Work and routine
I work partly from home and keep a stable, low key routine focused on work, health and family.

4. Payment
At the moment I’m receiving Universal Credit while recovering from a back issue. This is temporary and I’ll be returning to work within the next couple of months.

5. My son
My 10 year old son stays with me every other weekend from Friday to Monday under a formal arrangement. He’s calm, polite and well behaved.

6. Status
Settled Status, indefinite leave to remain, with full right to rent and work in the UK.
