Friendly, clean Mancunian in need of a room!

Hi!

I am Daniel, 29 years old and looking to find a nice, clean and friendly a place to call a home in Liverpool around August/September time.

I am a mature student, going into my second year of BA Acting at LIPA. I am not your typical student however, I am looking to live with young professionals around my age as my Freshers days are far behind me.

I am very friendly, clean and respectful, I have lived in a flat share for the past six years so very comfortable living and sharing spaces with others. I love to socialise and go for a few drinks in the local pubs, but also love to stay home, cook and watch telly, as well as appreciating my own space from time to time. Neither hermit or party animal, just easy going. Cleanliness is something very important to me and I would hope for the same in my housemates.

I am very respectful of those around me and super easy to live with; not precious or anal and always down for a laugh!
