Self-employed professional male, easy going with calm pleasant disposition, looking for a single/ double room or house share. I have a budget of around £450/500 pcm. Due to many years of work in house and grounds maintenance, I have a number of trade skills... My ideal would be to work in and around the property, in lieu of some or all of the rent. Very young and agile 65 year old, happy both to socialise and have own space and company. Relaxed non drinking/smoking vegetarian, easy to get along with, quite and preferring to look on the bright side of life.
I guess a quite calm atmosphere is where I am most comfortable, more to the countryside than busy built up areas.
I also weave baskets n carve spoons, space to do this work n store willow would be a most useful plus, though not essential.
