Quiet and clean double room Sheffield area.

Hi, I am Eugen. I am looking for a double room in Sheffield , Derby or something in between, fairly flexible about the location . I am a single working professional usually away for work 6am - 6 pm. I am very quiet clean/tidy . Glad to provide references from my former landlady. I don't do night shifts, also away most weekends working or outdoors.

I'm into climbing, hiking, paragliding gym and healthy living in general. Not a party animal 🤭.

I'd prefer a smaller household and a live in landlord/lady

I'm looking for mid to long term but short term could work too.
