Room needed near my work. (Hoo farm estate)

I enjoy live bands, walking and tv and films. I work hard and long days so my evenings will be spent recovering for the next day. Lol.

I have early starts but try to be as quiet as possible. A couple of nights a week I may be away on a driver’s night out so not always back.

I would need a moderate amount of storage space too but not too much. Bike, a few boxes,

I’d prefer access to a washing machine and drier

I do not want accommodation that is more than a few miles from the south of Kidderminster where I work from.
