Looking for a room/home SW

I’ve been living in SW for a few years now, so I know the area well and I’m looking for a calm, comfortable place to call home.

Clean, organised, and easy to live with. I enjoy a chat and getting to know the people I live with, but I also appreciate a bit of quiet and personal space - definitely not a party house vibe.

I’m in the office a couple of days a week, and otherwise split my time between working from home or cafés.

Ideally I’m looking to settle somewhere long-term, but I prefer starting with a couple of months first to make sure it’s a good fit both ways.
