Professional looking to be part of a social house

I am a professional from London, working as an Chartered Accountant in the city. I work in the office 5 days per week.

I am currently living in Primrose Hill

The reason for the move is not for a social reason but more as I am looking to find a place that is less crowded and closer to work.

I am an avid music fan and I love going to gigs . I am also into sports: Football (Arsenal season ticket holder), Golf, GAA, Boxing, MMA and NFL to name a few.

I enjoy the gym and big into my fitness but definitely enjoy a night out from time to time.

I am a very social housemate, so I am looking for a house, which enjoys spending time together in the house, as well as socially out of it. I hope that would fit in with the current house situation.

I am looking to be a part of the house, not just a tenant. At the same time I like to do my own thing too.

I am a very clean housemate and I am a non-smoker.

I can move in from early February 2026. That date can be flexible, depending on the house needs.

I have my own bed and chest of drawers, so I can do furnished and unfurnished.
